Privacy Policy

This service collects the following information.

• Account information (optional): email address, name, and profile image URL when you sign in with Google or Apple

• Birth chart data: date of birth, time of birth, gender, time zone, and solar/lunar calendar selection

• Conversation history: messages exchanged with the AI reader (Wolha) and their summaries

Creating an account is optional. You can use the birth chart reading, the daily reading, compatibility, year-ahead reading, name reading, and Zi Wei Dou Shu features without signing in.

• Calculating your birth chart and providing readings

• Managing and retrieving charts you have saved

• Maintaining context in AI conversations (remembering earlier exchanges)

• Enforcing members' AI consultation limits

When you delete your account, we promptly delete your account information, saved charts, and conversation history.

Usage limits and ad-reward records are tied to your account and are deleted together with it.

Where retention is required by applicable law, we retain the data for the required period and then delete it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use the following processors to operate the service.

• Supabase — database and authentication (row level security enabled)

• Vercel — application hosting

• Google — social sign-in, advertising (web: AdSense — on reading pages only / app: AdMob), and AI reading (Gemini API: the messages and chart you send to Wolha are passed on to generate a reply; they are not used to train models)

• Apple — social sign-in

Some pages of the website (the BaZi Guide, dream symbols and About) show Google AdSense ads. The app does not use AdSense; it shows Google AdMob ads.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com), and opt out of third-party vendors' cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before advertising cookies are used.

We do not pass chart information such as birth dates or conversation content to advertising vendors.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information at any time.

You can delete saved charts and your entire account yourself from the Me tab. See 'Delete your account and data' for the steps, including how to request deletion without the app.
